If you use windows and like to change things that normally are either very hidden or are simply not given as an option to you then you probably use one of the famous tweak tools, such as TweakXP, or Microsoft's Power Toys add on.
Thankfully for those of us who use Ubuntu, their is available an app called Ubuntu Tweak.
As it states on their homepage, in the 'home' tab:
